We use your child’s photo only to make the book you order. It is kept in private storage with no public link, its location data is removed, it is never used to train AI models (by us or our AI provider), and it is deleted automatically within the periods in our privacy policy.

One front-facing photo of your child in good light, with the face fully visible (no hat or sunglasses) and nobody else in it. A phone photo is fine. We check it and tell you how to fix it if needed.

After payment, checking, printing and delivery take about 4⁠-⁠8 days in total, and you get a tracking number.

Yes. The book is printed in the language of the site you order from: Thai, English or Simplified Chinese. Switch languages with the language button at the top of the page.

Yes. Names can be written in Thai, English or Chinese characters. We print the name exactly as you type it and never translate or change it.
