On the morning of the birthday, the house is strangely quiet. Only a balloon-shaped note in your child's favorite color waits on the headboard: "Follow the clues!" One front-facing photo of your child in good light, with the face fully visible (no hat or sunglasses) and nobody else in it. A phone photo is fine. We check it and tell you how to fix it if needed.
